We highly recommend weekly visits because water leaks, air-conditioning failures, humidity problems, pest activity, and storm damage can develop quickly in an unattended Southwest Florida home. We do not offer once-a-month service.
Biweekly visits may be available following a review of the property, its location, and its individual home-watch needs.

$25 per visit up to 1200 Sq Ft.
Add $5 for each additional 500 Sq Ft. or portion thereof.

Homes / Townhomes

$35 per visit up to 1500 Sq Ft.
Add $5 for each additional 1000 Sq Ft. or portion thereof.
Ideal for homes and townhouses requiring a thorough weekly interior and exterior walkthrough, including plumbing fixtures, HVAC operation, doors and windows, lanais, landscaping, and the property’s surrounding perimeter
