Our Story and Local Commitment
Meet the Owners
David and Lina Conde
After relocating from New York to Southwest Florida in 2006, David and Lina built their careers, raised their family, and established strong ties within the community.
David's experience as a mortgage professional has given him a deep understanding of the financial and personal significance of homeownership. Lina, a social worker with nearly 20 years of experience in Southwest Florida, has dedicated her career to supporting families through life's challenges.
As homeowners themselves, they understand that a home is more than a financial investment. It represents years of hard work, sacrifice, and cherished memories.
In 2025, they acquired Paradise Found Home Watch, Inc., bringing their professional experience and shared commitment to serving others into their family-owned business.
David oversees the day-to-day operations, while together, they make the important decisions that guide the company's growth and long-term success. Their shared commitment is to provide every homeowner with the same professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication that have defined their careers, treating each property with the care and respect they would expect for their own home.
Fully Insured
Professional Accountability You Can Rely On
Unlike relying on an occasional favor from neighbors or an unfamiliar corporate rotation, our service provides fully insured, professional oversight. Every scheduled visit follows a thorough multi-point checklist to detect early signs of water leaks, air-conditioning failure, pest activity, and security vulnerabilities. Following each inspection, you receive a detailed digital report complete with high-resolution photos directly to your inbox.
Prepared For Florida Weather and Storms
Southwest Florida's climate brings intense heat, high humidity, sudden storms, and hurricane threats that can rapidly compromise an unattended home. We provide critical hurricane-season support, assisting with securing lanai furniture, assessing pre-storm readiness, and conducting immediate visual checks and photographic updates as soon as post-storm conditions allow.
"You can leave Southwest Florida knowing your home is being watched by someone who genuinely cares about protecting it. We inspect your property carefully, keep you informed with photo reports, and treat your home as our own."
